Pumpkin Blumpkin

Now that Halloween is over and we all have juicy, plump pumpkins sitting around on our front porches, it’s time to indulge in everyone’s favorite seasonal treat: pumpkin pie! I’ve included here a very special recipe.

Ingredients:

2 cans of pumpkin puree

2 sticks of unsalted butter

3 cups of sugar

1 cup of flour

1 pinch of cinammon

Directions:

Combine everything into a big bowl and stir for 15 minutes. Pour mixture into a pie-dish, pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F, bake for 45 minutes, and let it cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
